Traders Terms and conditions
HOURS of TRADE
- Trading hours are 09:00am to 04:00pm (set up can be from 8:30am) and you must be off site by 4:30pm
- Tables may be provided by the fundraising office, but this is not guaranteed and is dependent on charity team availability and commitments
- If a table is borrowed, it must be returned no later than 4:00pm (No Exceptions)
- We do not provide chairs if you require one, please bring it with you
GOODS
- All stalls must be covered to an acceptable standard with a flash of goods throughout the day and to the satisfaction of the Fundraising Team
- Failure to display a satisfactory display of goods may result in the trader losing the right to trade
- The Fundraising team will only allow a maximum of 4 traders to sell like commodities in any one month
- The sale of the following is expressly prohibited: Live birds, animals, fireworks, counterfeit goods, offensive weapons, or any item deemed by the fundraising team likely to cause offence or danger to the public
STALL RENTAL FEES
- All rent must be paid in full 7 days before the day of trading via Bank Transfer, PAYA Charity payment link or by Card by calling 0151 5293693.
- No refunds will be given if you fail to turn up without notice
- All traders granted trading space at the Trust will be given one trading date per month and pay a daily fee of £60 for Royal & Aintree and £40 for Broadgreen.
TRADING TERMS
- All vehicles must be unloaded via the designated loading area and moved away from the hospital doors as soon as possible to avoid disruption to pick up / drop of patients
- All traders selling food products must comply with the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene Regulations 1995, & the provisions of the Food Safety Act 1990)
- Traders must comply with all reasonable directions of the Fundraising Team for the management, control and conduct of the hospital
- Under no circumstances may trading spaces booked be sub-let
- All rubbish must be removed from site at the end of your trading day. This can be placed in a bin bag or box and taken to the designated area. Please ask the Fundraising team for directions
- Traders will only be allowed to sell those goods contained within their licence. Any change or additions must be agreed to in advance by the Fundraising team
- The maximum stall length is 12ft Expansion of the trading area and any additional space will be at the sole discretion of the Fundraising office, with an additional fee incurred if agreed.
- Please supply tablecloth for your table which should reach the floor at the front. Packaging under your table must not be visible to the public at any time
- Traders must supply all customers with a point of contact. In the event of goods being faulty the fundraising office reserve the right to pass your details onto the customer for them to contact you direct
- All stall dates are at the discretion of the fundraising team and are subject to short notice change due to hospital events
- Traders must give 48hours notice if they intend to cancel their trading day. Failure to do so will incur a £60 cancellation fee and could result in the loss of your future trading dates
- Traders must be courteous, polite and conduct themselves in a professional manner when dealing with hospital staff or members of the public. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of your contract
- Traders are asked NOT to obstruct the Fire Safety Equipment Hospital Signage or Sanitiser Dispensers at any time. Traders are asked to give clear access to the ambulance bay & emergency entrance. If you are unsure of what this means, please ask before setting up
CAR PARKING
- The Trust do not provide free on-site parking for traders. There are pay and display car parks close by please speak to the fundraising team about locations
